Appointments
Please get in touch via email at info@psychologistsa.com.au if you would like to book an appointment. There is a small waitlist for appointments at the moment, so feel free to get in touch via email if you would like to be placed on the waitlist.
Appointments are available between the hours of 9.30am to 5.15pm Monday too and including Thursdays with Rae and Fridays with Linnette.
If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your doctor, psychiatrist or paediatrician you will be eligible for medicare rebates toward up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
If you have NDIS or DVA funding for psychological treatment we can charge the relevant places directly and the fee will be at the rate stipulated by these organisations.
Your private health insurance may also cover some of the fees, please call your private health provider to see if psychology is covered. A receipt will be provided so you can make a claim with your private health provider.
And patients are also welcome to pay the fee privately if they prefer.
Fees
Rae's:
Individual sessions are of 60 minutes duration, and cost $235, or $200 for Healthcare Card holders. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP you can receive up to 10 Medicare rebates of $141.85 per calendar year, which is refunded back into your account immediately when you pay using a debit bank card (meaning you will pay a $93.15 or $58.15 gap fee respectively).
Couples sessions: $303 for a 60 minute appointment. Some private health funds cover psychological interventions for couples.
Linnette's:
Individual sessions are of 60 minutes duration, and cost $180, or $150 for Healthcare Card holders. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP you can receive up to 10 Medicare rebates of $96.65 per calendar year, which is refunded back into your account immediately when you pay using a debit bank card (meaning you will pay a $83.35 or $53.35 gap fee respectively).
Patients whose sessions are paid for by Return to Work SA, DVA and NDIS are charged in line with the corresponding fee schedule for those organisations.
Full payment is required on the day of service. A receipt can be provided to you so that you can claim your sessions through your private health if you prefer to obtain a rebate that way.
